Nouvation’s OTIS®-Blood Bank (“BB”) and OTIS®-Laboratory (“Lab”) are “sibling” incident management or CAPA software solutions designed to drive process improvement and compliance in the blood bank (or hospital transfusion service) and laboratory, respectively.
